The Ladybird Nursery School, which opened in 1975, is for children from the ages
of rising 3 to 5, and is registered by the local council. The school is situated beside St Jude's Church with direct access to the beautiful gardens which we use on a daily basis, weather permitting. 

The nursery school comprises of 3 rooms with a maximum of 15 children in the largest, the children are then divided into groups within each class and each child is assigned a key worker. Every member of staff holds an accredited Early Years qualification.


The School is open from 9.00 - 12.30 for children turned 3.00 years, 9.30 for those rising 3.00. We also run separate activities in the afternoons and the first week of the holidays. Children do not need to be attending the morning school in order to join afternoon and holiday activities. The premises are also available to hire for children's parties if they have been, or are at the school.
